1. Binding Effect
Welcome to Alpha Ridge Training ("Alpha Ridge Training," "Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing our website, registering for a course, purchasing products, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
2. Eligibility
Participants must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Certain courses may have age restrictions, prerequisite requirements, or equipment requirements. It is the responsibility of each participant to ensure they are legally eligible to possess and use firearms where applicable.
3. Course Registration and Payment
Course registration is not guaranteed until full payment has been received and confirmed.
All course fees, product prices, and associated costs are listed in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice.
Alpha Ridge Training reserves the right to refuse service, deny registration, or remove any participant from a course for safety, legal, or operational reasons.
4. Cancellation, Refund, Credit, and Attendance Policy
Because class sizes are limited, the following cancellation policy applies to all course registrations.
Cancellation and Refund Schedule

61 or more days before the scheduled class date: Eligible for a full refund or 100% class credit.

31–60 days before the scheduled class date: Eligible for a 50% refund or 50% class credit.

30 days or less before the scheduled class date: No refunds or class credits will be issued.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and received within the applicable timeframe to qualify for any refund or credit.
Missed Classes and No-Shows
Students who do not attend their scheduled class for any reason—including illness, work conflicts, family emergencies, travel delays, weather, or other personal circumstances—are not eligible for refunds or class credits.
Late Arrival Policy
Classes begin promptly at the scheduled start time and include a mandatory safety briefing.
Students arriving more than 30 minutes late will not be permitted to participate in the class. The safety briefing is a critical component of the course and cannot be repeated after instruction has begun.
No refunds or class credits will be issued for students who are unable to attend due to late arrival. Students are responsible for allowing sufficient travel time and arriving before the scheduled start time.
Course Cancellation by Alpha Ridge Training
Alpha Ridge Training reserves the right to cancel, postpone, reschedule, or relocate a class due to weather, instructor availability, range availability, insufficient enrollment, facility issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
If Alpha Ridge Training cancels a course, students will be offered either:

A transfer to a future class; or

A full refund of tuition paid.
Alpha Ridge Training shall not be responsible for travel expenses, lodging costs, lost wages, or other incidental expenses incurred by students.
5. Assumption of Risk
Firearms training and related activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to serious bodily injury, permanent disability, death, property damage, and other hazards.
By participating in any Alpha Ridge Training course, you voluntarily assume all known and unknown risks associated with firearms training and related activities.
6. Safety Requirements
All students must comply with:

Instructor directions;

Range rules;
-
Safety procedures;
-
Applicable laws and regulations.
Alpha Ridge Training reserves the right to remove any participant from a course without refund if the participant:

Acts in an unsafe manner;

Violates safety rules;
-
Disrupts instruction;

Appears impaired by drugs or alcohol;

Engages in unlawful conduct.
7. Equipment Requirements
Students are responsible for bringing all required equipment identified in the course description unless otherwise specified.
Alpha Ridge Training reserves the right to inspect any firearm or equipment and prohibit the use of equipment deemed unsafe, unreliable, illegal, or unsuitable for training purposes.
8. Waivers and Required Documentation
Participation may require execution of additional liability waivers, range agreements, emergency contact forms, or other documents.
Failure to complete required documentation before the start of class may result in denial of participation without refund.
9. Product Purchases
Products sold through the Alpha Ridge Training website are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to:

Refuse or cancel orders;

Limit quantities;

Correct pricing errors;

Discontinue products without notice.
Product descriptions, photographs, colors, and specifications are provided for informational purposes and may vary slightly from actual products received.
Shipping estimates are provided as approximations only and are not guaranteed.
Alpha Ridge Training is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, natural disasters, labor disruptions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss and title transfer to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

All website content, course materials, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, text, branding, and instructional materials are the exclusive property of Alpha Ridge Training unless otherwise stated.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Alpha Ridge Training and its owners, instructors, employees, contractors, affiliates, and agents from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, expenses, costs, and attorney fees arising from your actions, participation in training, violation of these Terms, or misuse of our services.
16. Firearms Safety and Legal Compliance
Students are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws relating to firearm ownership, transportation, possession, and use. Participation in any Alpha Ridge Training course does not constitute legal advice and does not guarantee eligibility for permits, licenses, certifications, or firearm ownership.
17. Privacy
Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our website and services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in that policy.
18. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising from these Terms, our website, products, or services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located within New Jersey.
19. Modifications
Alpha Ridge Training reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
