Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Alpha Ridge Training, class sizes are intentionally limited to provide students with a safe and effective training experience. Because each registration reserves a seat that may prevent another student from attending, the following refund policy applies to all course registrations.
Class Cancellation Refund Policy
Students who wish to cancel their registration may be eligible for a refund based on the amount of notice provided prior to the scheduled class date:

61 or more days before the class: Eligible for a full refund of tuition paid.

31–60 days before the class: Eligible for a 50% refund of tuition paid.

30 days or less before the class: No refund will be issued.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email and received within the applicable timeframe to qualify for a refund.
Missed Classes and No-Shows
Students who fail to attend a scheduled class for any reason, including illness, personal emergencies, work conflicts, travel delays, or other circumstances, are considered no-shows.
Credits are not given for missed classes.
No refunds, credits, transfers, or rescheduling will be provided for missed classes.
Late Arrival Policy
Classes begin promptly at the scheduled start time and include a mandatory safety briefing.
Students arriving more than 30 minutes after the scheduled start time will not be permitted to participate in the class. The safety briefing is a critical component of training and cannot be repeated after instruction has begun.
Students denied participation due to late arrival will be treated as a no-show and will not be eligible for a refund, credit, transfer, or rescheduling.
Course Cancellation by Alpha Ridge Training
Alpha Ridge Training reserves the right to cancel, postpone, reschedule, or relocate a class due to weather, instructor availability, range availability, insufficient enrollment, facility issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
If Alpha Ridge Training cancels a course, students will be offered either:

A full refund of tuition paid; or
-
The option to transfer to another available class.
Alpha Ridge Training is not responsible for travel expenses, lodging costs, lost wages, ammunition purchases, equipment costs, or other incidental expenses associated with a cancelled or rescheduled class.
