Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Alpha Ridge Training. This Shipping Policy explains how merchandise orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

Order Processing

Most merchandise is produced specifically for your order. As a result, processing times may vary depending on product type, inventory availability, and production requirements.

Typical processing times are between 2–7 business days before shipment. During periods of high demand, holidays, or special promotions, processing times may be longer.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Timeframes

Once your order has been shipped, delivery times will vary based on the shipping method selected and destination.

Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, if available.

Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after shipment.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

 

Alpha Ridge Training is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.

Alpha Ridge Training is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged during transit. If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly using the tracking information provided.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in resolving shipping-related issues when possible.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains a manufacturing error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To assist with resolution, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

 

Verified manufacturing defects, damaged items, or fulfillment errors may qualify for a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Returns and Exchanges

Because many products are custom-made or produced on demand, Alpha Ridge Training does not accept returns or exchanges due to:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Preference changes

  • Accidental orders

 

Please review sizing information carefully before placing your order.
